“We have to overcome” the cold water thrown by an adult, the ‘last’ Heungkuk coaches silently wiping

“If I go out, there is no one to do.”

On the morning of the 8th, the Korea Volleyball Federation (KOVO) announced through a notice, “As Heungkuk Life Insurance is finishing the appointment of the manager, on the 8th IBK Industrial Bank and Heungkuk Life Insurance Coach Kim Dae-kyung will act as the acting manager for the game.”

This day was scheduled for the debut match of Kim Ki-jung, who was appointed as the new coach of Heungkuk Life Insurance. However, at the end of the notice, director Kim did not appear.

Previously, on the 2nd, Heungkuk Life Insurance caused great confusion in the volleyball world with the hardship of former manager Kwon Soon-chan.

As it became known via text message that former general manager Kim Yeo-il, who had resigned together, intervened in Kwon’s authority to appoint players, the problem escalated. The club explained that there was “no intervention,” but Kim Yeon-kyung and Kim Hae-ran, who were angry at this, took up arms and proved that the club’s explanation was false.

In response, even Kim Ki-joong, the head coach of Sunseon Girls’ High School, who was hastily appointed as the new command tower by the club, finally announced his intention to resign on the 10th, saying, “The current situation is burdensome.”

Currently, the vacant head coach position is taken over by acting head coach Kim Dae-kyung, who was the previous coach.

On the 8th, acting manager Kim, who started shaking hands with the opposing manager from the Industrial Bank match, led the team on the 11th against Hyundai Engineering & Construction. He is an acting manager who is young enough to be embarrassing to say he actually leads. He is only one year older than Kim Yeon-kyung and three years younger than Kim Hae-ran. He has never even seen a bench. He is in a situation where he cannot expect specific strategic tactics like a seasoned command tower or head coach. For a while, you have to go through the difficult path rubbing shoulders with the players.  바카라사이트

Currently, there are only two coaches who will remain at Heungkuk Life Insurance and throw the ball to the players: acting manager Kim Dae-kyung, born in 1987, and coach Choi Ji-wan, born in 1992. In particular, Coach Choi started his coaching career for the first time at Heungkuk Life Insurance this season. Acting Kim started building a coaching career at KGC Ginseng Corporation from the 2013-14 season and is now in his 10th year.

On this day, acting manager Kim watched the players from the command tower and threw the ball before and after the game.

In an interview before the game, he said, “If I leave, there will be no coach to play volleyball,” and he said he would try to fill the vacancy as much as possible until the void is filled. Of course, it is a situation where the club has also been told that they need to appoint a new manager as soon as possible.

The worst scenario that goes all the way to the ‘actor of the agent’ is barely avoided, but it is somewhat unreasonable to finish the season with that system.
