VinFast
has the ambition to build a green business ecosystem in Indonesia.This electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer from Vietnam is not only focused on producing cars, but is also launching a partnership strategy and product diversification.
VinFast Indonesia Chief Executive Officer Kariyanto Hardjosoemarto or familiarly called Kerry said that the company’s desire is to remember Indonesian consumers as
top of mind
under this brand has an independent ecosystem.
“When Indonesian people hear the name VinFast, we want them to think not just of one car product, but of an ecosystem,” he said in Denpasar, Bali, Saturday (20/12).

One of VinFast’s strategies in realizing this green business ecosystem includes strengthening partnerships with environmentally friendly transportation companies and a network of EV charging stations.

“We are strengthening our dealer network and after-sales services throughout Indonesia, establishing partnerships with banking and financial institutions, and collaborating closely with Green SM and V-Green. Together, this partnership forms an era of green ecosystem under the Vingroup umbrella,” said Kerry.
Currently, VinFast has occupied the 6th position for electric vehicles in Indonesia.This position further shows VinFast’s success in building a strong presence in the eyes of Indonesian consumers.
“Until November 2025, VinFast is proud to rank 6th out of 30 electric vehicle brands in the Indonesian market,” he said.
Product diversification and various breakthrough battery subscription programs are also VinFast’s approach to making it easier for people to own electric cars in one business ecosystem concept.
“In addition to strengthening manufacturing capabilities, we are also introducing a diverse range of products and implementing breakthrough policies to enforce electric vehicles at all levels of society,” concluded Kerry.
