Issue of Ojek Online Prohibition (

According to him the government understood public concerns over that, especially in ojol and micro businesses.He conveyed that government policies consider and prioritize aspects of welfare and alignments to vulnerable groups, as well as protect the interests of online motorcycle taxi drivers.
“Once again we emphasize that information circulating is incorrect and we invite the public to be wiser in consuming information, especially those circulating on social media,” he said.

The issue of Ojol may not use Pertalite reappeared on social media.This issue was already crowded in November 2024 when the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Bahlil Lahadalia seemed not to include ojol into the recipient of the fuel subsidy on target.
According to him at that time the vehicle used by Ojol for business, while fuel efforts were right on target to encourage people to use public transportation.
Bahlil’s words were then rectified in December 2024. He said Ojol) would still get subsidized fuel using the Micro and Medium Enterprises (MSME) schemes.
