Driving License Extension (

) can now be done online via the National Police Traffic Corps application called SINAR (Precision National Driver’s License).You can prepare documents in advance to make this extension process easier.
Documents that must be prepared include your old driver’s license, E-KTP, Physical RIKKES results, psychological test results, passport photo with a blue background, and a photo of your signature on plain white paper with thick ink.
An old SIM is a SIM whose validity period is almost expired, not one that has already expired.You cannot renew a SIM that is dead or has expired.

The RIKKES Physical Test is an examination of physical condition by a doctor which is recorded online.You can visit erikkes.id via your device browser to register for the RIKKES test with fees varying depending on the clinic administering the test.
The next test you have to do is a psychological examination via the epPsi application.You can access this application by visiting app.eppsi.id from your device’s browser.
All types of SIM are charged IDR 35 thousand and the insurance test fee is IDR 50 thousand.Then the psychological test costs IDR 57,500 if done online and IDR 100 thousand offline.
Make sure your passport photo looks neat with a blue background according to the general color standards that apply in Indonesia.It is not permitted to use selfie photos or photos that have gone through a heavy editing process which makes the photo look different from the real face.
The last document that you should not miss is the signature photo.Your signature must match what appears on your KTP, be written on plain white paper, and use thick ink so that it can be detected via the application.
After completing the documents and going through the extension process of the POLRI Traffic Corps Digital application, you only need to wait for the approval process.If this process is successful, the SIM will be sent directly to your address.
