The police immediately removed all the attributes they were using from the three cars.
“They are not members of the National Police and use fake service numbers for personal and fashion purposes,” wrote the Police.
The police hope that this action will have a deterrent effect on anyone who wants to use fake plates and siren and strobe attributes. The National Police itself has temporarily stopped the use of strobes and sirens for its staff at the direction of the Head of Traffic Corps.
“The use of strobe lights and rotators is not permitted for private or civilian vehicles. These signal lights are strictly regulated and may only be used by certain vehicles that have the right of way,” wrote the police again.
