at Gaikindo Jakarta Auto Week (GJAW) 2025 is a new electric car called Lumin EV.This three-door, four-passenger city car model is tempting with its adorable appearance, can change interior color and functionality to suit various needs in urban areas.
The Lumin EV is 3,270 mm long, 1,700 mm wide and 1,590 mm high, with a wheelbase of 1,980 mm and a ground clearance of 150 mm.This car is equipped with a lithium iron phosphate battery with a capacity of 28.08 kWh with a range of 301 km based on the New European Driving Cycle (NEDC) calculation method.

The electric motor produces 48 HP of power and 83 Nm of torque, with a front-wheel drive (FWD) system.The maximum speed reaches 101 km/hour, sufficient for daily mobility needs in urban areas.
The Electric Power Steering (EPS) steering system offers a light response, supported by a minimum turning radius of 4.6 meters for easy maneuvering in narrow areas.MacPherson Strut suspension at the front and Trailing Arm at the rear provide sufficient stability when driving.

Braking relies on discs at the front and drum brakes at the rear.Active safety features such as Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Brake Distribution (EBD), Hill Hold Control (HHC), and Electronic Stability Program (ESP) are also present in this car.
The appearance of the Lumin EV is unique with a touch of anthropomorphism through the ‘moon eye LED’ on the front and rear lights which gives the impression of an eye.This impression combines with the rounded and compact body shape, giving a light and playful feel.
The distinctive rim design also strengthens its visual character, making the Lumin EV’s appearance easily recognizable on the road.This car comes in five different colors, Wheat Yellow, Moss Green, Sakura Powder, Foggy White, and Magpie Gray.
Uniquely, the interior design of the Lumin EV can be modified according to preferences with two color combination options, namely gray-black and light gray-orange.This flexibility is an added value that Lumin EV offers to consumers.
This adorable compact electric car is being marketed at a price of IDR 178 million (OTR) Jakarta at GJAW 2025.
