Kim Eun-joong, in a group with France, Gambia and Honduras at the U-20 World Cup

The under-20 soccer team led by coach Kim Eun-joong was placed in Group F with France, Gambia and Honduras in the group draw ahead of the opening of the U-20 World Cup in Argentina next month.

Korea, which was assigned pot 스포츠토토 2, is inferior to France in pot 1 with a record of 1 win, 3 draws and 4 losses, but avoiding difficult South American teams is rather positive.

Honduras and Gambia are also regarded as good groupings overall, as we are two teams with two wins and one win, respectively, in our opponent record.

Korea won the runner-up in this competition in 2019 with Lee Kang-in’s big success.

After training at the Paju National Training Center from the 24th to the 26th, the national team is scheduled to convene again two weeks before the tournament early next month.
