Jeong Dong-hyun wins the men’s slalom at the Pyeongchang Far East Cup in alpine skiing

Jeong Dong-hyeon (35, High1 Resort) won the Alpine Ski Far East Cup Men’s Slalom.

Jeong Dong-hyun took the top spot in the 2022-2023 International Ski Federation (FIS) Alpine Far East Cup men’s slalom held at the Alpensia 먹튀검증Resort Ski Resort in Gangwon-do with a total of 1 minute 34 seconds 52 in the first and second periods.

He beat the runner-up, Jedzej Jasiček of Poland, by 1.32 seconds.

After finishing 21st in the slalom at last year’s Beijing Winter Olympics, the highest ever in alpine skiing at a Korean Winter Olympics, Jeong Dong-hyeon won his third Far Eastern Cup title this season.

The Far East Cup is a continental cup competition that is one level lower than the World Cup.

In the women’s event, Japan’s Chisaki Maeda won with a time of 1:36:11.

The Far East Cup, which will be held in Korea this season, will conclude with a slalom match tomorrow at the same venue.
