Honda Vario 125 Just Launched, There is a Street Option Using Naked Handlebars

Astra Honda Motor (

) launched the Vario 125 facelift model plus the new Street 125 variant in Indonesia, Monday (1/12).Different from other Vario Series, this Street model appears with a naked handlebar style similar to Beat Street.
Thomas Wijaya, Vice President of AHM, said that the presence of this motorbike is proof that the 125 scooter market in Indonesia continues to grow.Therefore, the company continues to innovate to present this latest model.
“This segment continues to grow, as young people become more diverse,” said Thomas in Cikarang, West Java, Monday (1/12).

The Vario Street 125 is present as a new variant in the Vario Series family in Indonesia.The naked handlebars are equipped with an all-digital speedometer to display various important information such as speed indicators, distance traveled, fuel, digital clock, battery voltage indicator, oil change reminder, trip meter, as well as ISS and Honda Smart Key indicators for CBS-ISS and Street types.

This motorbike also has LED lights embedded in the lighting system, smart key, and USB type C for charging the user’s smartphone.
Regarding the engine, the company has installed a 125 cc liquid-cooled petrol engine with eSP technology.Honda claims this model is capable of producing fuel consumption of up to 51.7 km per liter.
This scooter also has a trunk capacity of 18 liters which can store helmets and support daily activities.
The company equips all variants of the All New Vario 125 with 90/80 front and 100/80 rear tires, as well as sporty design rims.The braking system uses Wavy Disc Brake with Combi Brake System (CBS) technology.
The All New Honda Vario 125 CBS type is now being sold for IDR 24.41 million, the CBS-ISS type is being sold for IDR 26.065 million, while the Street type is IDR 26.499 million.All prices have status on the road in Jakarta.
“The variety of All New Honda Vario 125 types that we are presenting is expected to provide new choices for consumers who want a motorbike with a sporty appearance and is still functional,” said Thomas.
