The DKI Jakarta motorbike is officially rolling out which is intended to ease and provide convenience to the community.The following are facts regarding the implementation of this policy.

This program is valid from 10 November to 31 December 2025 in all Samsat areas in Jakarta.People who are interested can immediately go to Samsat to get whitening services.

There are two components that are exempt from this program, the first is exemption from administrative sanctions for Motor Vehicle Tax and Motor Vehicle Title Transfer Fee (BBNKB).

According to the DKI Provincial Government, the policy was established through the Decree of the Head of the DKI Jakarta Bapenda Number e-0104 of 2025 concerning Exemption from Occupational Administrative Sanctions for Motor Vehicle Taxes and Motor Vehicle Title Transfer Fees.

Head of DKI Jakarta Bapenda Lusiana Herawati explained that people can join this program easily without complicated conditions.This exemption is granted automatically without the need for an application from the taxpayer.
Adjustments are also made directly through the regional tax management information system, so that people simply pay the principal tax according to the provisions without being subject to late fines.
“Administrative sanctions that are removed are fines that arise due to late payment of the tax owed. So just pay the principal tax,” he explained.
This means that sanctions for late payment of taxes or fines, as well as the imposition of BBNKB, have been automatically removed by the system during the period.

Apart from relief, the steps taken based on the Governor’s direction are given to encourage taxpayers to be more orderly in administration.
“This is our step to help the community, as well as encourage tax awareness and orderly administration of motorized vehicles in Jakarta,” said Lusiana.
This policy is also part of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government’s efforts to accelerate the realization of regional tax revenues and provide economic stimulus for the community towards the end of the year.
Through this step, the regional government hopes that the level of tax compliance will increase and the administrative process will become easier and more transparent.

People who want to take advantage of the program are advised to use the online payment system to be more flexible without having to go to Samsat.
Because, tax payments can now be made via the SIGNAL application which can be accessed via cellphone.
