Sheffield made a substitution at the start of the second half. Rowe came off and Lallouch came on. Sheffield equalized early in the second half. Two minutes into the second half, after a corner, the ball spilled out of play and Hamer finished with a fantastic right-footed curling shot.
Nottingham scored. Twelve minutes into the second half, Awooniyi found the back of the net with a sensational chip shot, but the goal was ruled out for offside. Nottingham made a substitution. 24th minute, Bolly and Mangala go off, Elanga and Yates come on.
Nottingham make a change. In the 40th minute, Wood came on for Awoniyi. Nottingham started to take the lead again. In the 45th minute, Wood headed home a cross from the right by Aurier. Nottingham immediately brought on Johnson, Danilu, and then Kouyate and Niakate. In the end, the game ended in favor of Nottingham.
