(ADM) began handing over the Rocky Hybrid to consumers at the 2025 Gaikindo Jakarta Auto Week (GJAW), ICE BSD, Tangerang, Friday (21/11).There were three first consumers who received units at the ceremony, out of a total of 500 orders.
ADM Marketing and Corporate Communication Director Sri Agung Handayani said that this moment was an important marker for the beginning of Rocky Hybrid’s journey in Indonesia since its first launch at GIIAS 2025 last July.
“Now is the time for us to give our best by handing over to Daihatsu friends represented by the first 3 Rocky Hybrid customers who have been waiting for this car since the beginning of the order,” said Agung.

Rocky Hybrid is a car that was imported completely from Japan.Equipped with e-Smart Hybrid technology, this car can provide the sensation of driving like an electric car with a petrol engine that only functions as a generator to charge the battery.

The engine used is 1.2L WA-VEX, while the battery has a capacity of 177.6 volts.The car also uses a special hybrid Transaxle transmission which can deliver maximum power of up to 106 PS and torque of up to 170 nm.
In terms of efficiency, Rocky Hybrid fuel consumption reaches 34.8 km per liter based on the Japanese JC08 (Japan Cycle 08) fuel efficiency testing method.
Rocky Hybrid also has responsive acceleration because it can reach speeds of 0-100km per hour in 10 seconds.
The company has also equipped this car with Advanced Safety features, such as 6 SRS Airbags, ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) and EBD (Electronic Brakeforce Distribution), VSC (Vehicle Stability Control), HSA (Hill Start Assist), Blind Spot Mirror, and the ISOFIX feature.
Rocky Hybrid also has 8 ASA (Advanced Safety Assist) functions, such as Collision Warning & Avoidance Assist Brake, Lane/Roadside Departure Warning, Lane Departure Prevention Control, Pedal Misoperation Control, Front Departure Alert;Stagger Alarm, Auto High Beam, Corner Sensor at 6 points.
Currently, Rocky Hybrid is priced at IDR 299.85 million, or an increase of IDR 6.55 million from its initial launch.

During GJAW 2025, Daihatsu displayed a total of 6 display units and 1 Technology Exhibit unit.The 6 display units consist of 3 Rocky Hybrid units, two of which are the Urban Lifestyle themed Dress Up model and 1 Terios Dress Up Alto Style unit.
Then two Sigra and Gran Max units were converted into gamification cars and one Technology Exhibit unit, namely the Rocky e-Smart Hybrid.
