PT Chery Sales Indonesia (
CSI
) officially announced the price of the Chery J6T at Gaikindo Jakarta Auto Week (GJAW) 2025, Friday (21/11).The RWD (Rear-Wheel Drive) variant is priced at IDR 525.5 million and IWD (Intelligent All-Wheel Drive) IDR 585.5 million.
Budi Darmawan, Deputy Country Director of CSI, said that the J6T features a cube design which gives it a different visual identity in its class.

“Instead of following a streamlined shape, the J6T… displays a squared cube image… presenting a neat and masculine geometric impression,” he said.
This visual is also accompanied by improvements from the previous model, namely the front and rear bumpers as well as the latest rim design which offers sturdier proportions.

This model uses a full aluminum frame.This material is claimed to be corrosion resistant for up to 30 years and reduces vehicle weight making it more efficient.
J6T also offers the latest ground clearance of 225 mm which can cross puddles of up to 625 mm.This capability allows this model to traverse flood and muddy roads better than other models.
This latest model is also equipped with Aluminum H-Arm suspension to provide lightness and strength in absorbing road vibrations as well as other specifications.
