Indonesian Motor, which hasn’t even been in business for two years in Indonesia, has now succeeded in BYD to become a brand

best -selling domestically.During January-July 2025 byd sales have touched 16,427 units or representing 3.8 percent of the total market.
When added by Denza, the luxury brand under BYD Motor Indonesia which sells 6,256 during that period, the company has sold a total of 22,683 units.
“Maybe this is a good opportunity for me to inform the name of BYD on the achievement of Byd and Denza. Per last month, namely January to July, BYD and Denza have recorded a satisfactory sales of 22,600 sales,” Luther Panjaitan said, the Head of Pr and Government of BYD Motor Indonesia in Semarang, Wednesday (8/13).
Currently Byd is the sixth best -selling brand for seven months, right behind Toyota, Daihatsu, Honda, Mitsubishi and Suzuki.
Although sales are still far from the top five Japanese brands, AGRESSIVE BYD is stalking only by relying on a limited number of electric cars models.
While Denza is now in position 13, beating many other Chinese brands even though it only relies on one D9 electric car model.
BYD sales coffers are predicted to be more rapid until the end of the year after launching the new Model Atto 1. The cheapest BYD model has received a lot of attention but the sales only began in October 2025.
