Brio is still a mainstay when the Honda raised almost 2,000 SPK in GIIAS 2025

Honda Prospect Motor (
HPM
) posted 1,908 Vehicle Order Letters (SPK) units during the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2025 which took place on July 24-August 3, 2025. Among the many models were sold,
Brio
still the backbone of the company.
During GIIAS, Brio consisting of two variants namely City Car (RS) and LCGC (Satya) succeeded in packing 941 SPK or contributed about 50 percent of the total Honda SPK during the event.
After the Honda Brio, the Honda hybrid car line contributed 30 percent of the total Honda SPK.Honda also mentioned the two newest models, namely HR-V and Step WGN, succeeded in making a major contribution to 412 units of SPK and 101 units.
Meanwhile other Honda models donated around 20 percent of the total order.
Yusak Billy, Sales & Marketing and After Sales Director of the HPM, said that Honda’s ordering rate at GIIAS this year was the same as the results of the previous year.
“With models like the Honda Brio and Hybrid lines have increased, in line with our focus to maintain penetration to the first car buyer segment and hybrid enthusiasts,” Billy said through a written statement quoted Wednesday (6/8).
Shugo Watanabe, President Director of HPM, appreciated consumers who remain loyal to the current Honda brand.
“We understand that currently consumers have more choices according to their needs, therefore we really appreciate every consumer who gives trust in Honda products,” Watanabe said.
Honda also won two awards through Honda Step WGN E: Hev as a favorite MPV of Journalist and Honda Super EV Concept as a favorite concept car for consumers chosen at the GIIAS 2025 event.
