still moving dynamically, including during October 2025. Based on wholesale distribution data (factory to dealer), the Toyota Avanza is again leading the market with the highest sales, while the Nissan Livina again has zero distribution.
Avanza managed to maintain its position at the top with total distribution to dealers of 3,087 units. This figure confirms that the dominance of the Avanza as the ‘car of a million people’ has not disappeared.

Continuing to second place is the Mitsubishi Xpander which was recorded as having sold 1,926 units.
Even though they are far behind, the BYD M6 and Hyundai Stargazer appear to be competing closely for the next place.During last month, the acquisition of both models was the same, namely 580 units.

Among them is the Avanza’s twin, the Toyota Veloz, which recorded 563 units.Veloz is attached to its brother, Daihatsu Xenia, with 480 units.
The Wuling Confero was recorded as only contributing 154 units, while the Suzuki Ertiga only sold 53 units.
What is quite interesting is the Nissan Livina, because this model will return with a record of zero wholesales in October 2025.
This condition extended Livina’s ‘vacuum’ period in the Low MPV market to two consecutive months since September.
So far there has been no official statement from Nissan Indonesia whether this indicates a permanent end to sales or a strategy to adjust stock ahead of the new model.
