Agus also revealed that he as the National Police Kakorlantas had stopped the use of sirens and strobes on the vehicle that escorted him.

Previously, the “Stop TOT Wuk Wuk” movement on social media as a form of community protest against the use of sirens and strobes that disturbed road users.
In uploads on social media, the public requested that the use of sirens and strobes be prioritized for vehicles with urgency needs, such as ambulances and fire trucks.
As for Article 65 paragraph (1) Government Regulation Number 43 of 1993 concerning Road Infrastructure and Traffic Regulates road users must put in the order of priorities.
Among them are firefighters who are carrying out their duties, ambulances carrying sick people, and vehicles to provide help to traffic accidents.
Then, regional head vehicles or foreign governments who are state guests, convicts of bodies, convoys or patwal vehicles of people with disabilities, as well as vehicles that are used for special purposes or transport special items.
Whereas in Law Number 22 Year 2009 concerning Traffic and Road Transportation (LLAJ), the use of sign lights and sirens may be used on vehicles that have top priorities, including, firefighters, ambulances, to vehicles led by state institutions in Indonesia.
